The apartments are suitable for the elderly, and some are suited for handicapped survivors. Each apartment includes a private bathroom and kitchenette. There is a communal dining room that provides hot meals for the residents.
The apartments are part of a large multi-purpose center founded by the Friends of Zion (FOZ) , located in a historic neighborhood Nahalat Shiva in Jerusalem.
