The project includes the construction and reconstruction of the upper floor of a residential building on 15 Yishai Street in the Abu Tor neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The upper floor constitutes a roof floor for the two apartments below and turns them into two duplex apartments.
Unusually, our firm led the project from beginning to end, from the preparation of a master plan for the building, for the issuance of the building permit, and up to the stage of work plans, implementation and re-occupancy.
